This week starts the first interesting Q4 event on Amazon. On 13 and 14 October is Amazon Prime Day. On this day a lot of items will be available at lower prices and might boost your sales. This is the very first event of Q4 and more will follow. From 23.11. onwards, Black Friday Week will follow, which is to replace Cyper Week this year. The week leads to 27.11. The Black Friday! This day and the following Monday, the Cyber Monday, are the official start of the Christmas business. So prepare for it and watch out for new registered trademarks. The Ninja will help you with this and has gone on a search for new relevant trademark registrations of Nice Class 25 and shows them to you here in this post.
Again, you can rely on completeness, as we work directly with the APIs of DPMA, Gov.uk and USPTO .
In the following you will find last weeks most important entries for the T-Shirt Business in Germany, UK and the States. So: Keep your eyes open and protect yourself.
Attention: This is my personal, subjective view of what sayings and words might be used in your listings, on your designs - I hereby explicitly point out that everyone downloads the lists and analyzes the trademarks relevant for himself. The complete 3 lists can be found below.
Remember: if a word mark is "filed", roughly translated, an "attempted registration" takes place. You still have the opportunity to file an objection. If a word mark is registered with "registered", then you will have to accept the registration.
