Kleine Info am Rande: Aktuell gibt es ein Problem beim Trademarkprovider auf dem amerikanischen Markt und wir können, wie ihr sicher gemerkt habt, seit etwa 5 Wochen keine neuen Trademarks bereitstellen. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck an einer Lösung!

Remember: if a word mark is "filed", roughly translated, an "attempted registration" takes place. You still have the opportunity to file an objection. If a word mark is registered with "registered", then you will have to accept the registration.
